Our Fees
Consistent, with the standards of the executive search profession, our fees
are thirty percent (30%) of the total estimated first year´s
compensation, including Benefits, estimated bonuses
for satisfactory performance and of the value of any Stock Options.
For positions paying less than
approximately $ 75,000.annually, our fees
are scaled down gradually from 29% to 22%
In addition to fees, we are reimbursed for
expenses outside ofGuatemala such as long distance telephone calls, Email hook up,
courier charges, R.V. Bertrand Consultants travel and related
expenses. It is our practice to bill the estimated fee in two
or three monthly installments, commencing on the date of our
Search Agreement. You will be billed for estimated advertising
and expected travel expenses, if any, at the beginning of the
search, with adjustments made when the assignment is finished.
I would
personally both manage and actively work on yoursearch assignment and would utilize the resources of our firm
and the Cornerstone International Group as appropriate to
insure a successful and timely completion of the engagement.
