Restrictions:
We do not accept assignments or fees from individuals to find them positions. Additionally, we do not accept assignments on a contingency or non-exclusive basis.
Scope of Assignments:
As consultants, we do not limit our accepted assignments to any specialization or industry. We have conducted successful searches for all executive level positions , mostly in Countries of Latin America within the above and other industries. Of course, a qualified Member Firm of our Cornerstone International Group will execute your search assignments in any other market.
Our assignments are usually for executive positions which pay $75,000 and above annually. Our SEARCHLATINAMERICA Division performs searches for all positions below that level.
The Search/Time Factor:
Conducting a search properly is a time-consuming task, however, a search assignment usually takes us only about 4 weeks to complete, depending on it's complexity. Prompt payment of fees in accordance with our Search Agreement is necessary for our smooth work flow and prompt compliance with deadline for delivery of qualified candidates.
